Shipments and returns
Your pack shipment
The orders are shipped once a week, mostly on Friday. The buyer acknowledges delays, which can occur due to this method.
As carriers we use GetByrd or the Austrian Post for our shipments, depending on the weekly volume. GetByrd by itself uses differenct sub-contractors as carriers, which we can't influence.
